Booking & Payments

  • A deposit of $150/traveller is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Full payment is due [30–60 days before departure].

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices are listed in USD and include only services specified in the itinerary.

  • Prices may change due to:

    • Currency fluctuations

    • Supplier price increases

    • Government taxes or fees

Changes By Client

  • Any requested changes must be submitted in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Changes by Company

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Supplier availability

We will provide comparable alternatives whenever possible.

Travel Insurance

​Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Clients assume all risks if traveling without insurance.

Force Majeure​

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemics

  • Transportation disruptions

Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour if they:

  • Endanger others

  • Violate laws

  • Disrupt the experience

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
